All prices from Improving Lifestyles are in US dollars, and depending on destination will be shipped either from the US or Canadian warehouse, and subject to change without prior notice.

Return Policy:
Returns are allowed only after a Return Authorization (RA) number from Improving Lifestyles., has been issued. This number must appear on the “return waybill” and the outside of the box or it may be refused. Unless authorized and arranged by Improving Lifestyles., the shipment will be refused. All return shipments must be freight prepaid.

Please note: Improving Lifestyles., will not pay freight charges for any shipment that are not booked by authorized Improving Lifestyles personnel.

Improving Lifestyles, reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% or more for products not returned in their original condition and boxes at time of shipping from Improving Lifestyles.

Shipping Policy;

Backorders;
Backorders, will be shipped when the product is available and billed under separate invoice (s).
